Terms of Service

1. The service

nTrackr (Engin Özdal, Istanbul) provides visitor analytics, session recording, heatmaps, ad click analysis and risk assessment for websites and mobile apps. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Your responsibilities

• You install the tracking code only on sites you own or are authorized to manage.
• You inform your visitors in your privacy policy and have a legal basis (including consent where required). Consent mode (requireConsent) is available for this.
• You send personal data via identify only where you are entitled to, and no special category data.
• You keep your credentials and API Secret confidential.
• You do not use the service unlawfully, to disrupt others, or in a way that overloads our infrastructure.

3. Plans, quotas and payment

Plans include monthly page view, session recording, custom event and domain quotas. When a quota is used up, the related collection (e.g. new sessions or recordings) pauses until the next month or until you upgrade; existing data and the Verdict API keep working. When a paid subscription expires the account returns to Free plan limits. Payments are processed by nPay; prices are shown on our website.

4. Nature of the results

Risk scores, bot and suspicious-click flags are probabilistic estimates and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Decisions to block a visitor, reject an order or request a refund from an ad platform are yours. Ad platforms decide on invalid-click credits themselves.

5. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not commit to a specific uptime. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or security reasons.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service; our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected].
